You must register as a delegate by January 31, 2024 and submit a full paper by February 15, 2024 to receive this scheduling information.

Submission Guidelines

Format	1.Clear English and PDF format only (No larger than 10MB). 2.All submitted full papers should be in 'camera-ready' format. Authors should follow the specifications in the full paper guidelines (e.g. font type and size etc.). 3.Presenters are allowed to submit the following materials as a substitute for full paper.

Journal Publishing

Outstanding papers have the chance to be featured in esteemed journals and recognized in scholarly publications.

A selection of papers will be showcased in a dedicated edition of the World Electric Vehicle Association Journal (WEVJ) (ISSN 2032-6653) , published quarterly online by MDPI. The WEVJ Editorial Board will make the paper selections, and the publication fee will be covered by the EVS37 organizing committee.

Submitted papers to EVS37 will have the opportunity to be featured in a Special Issue of Energies (ISSN 1996-1073), a semi-monthly online journal by MDPI. Please note that the Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication is CHF 2600 (approximately 2990 USD).

FAQ

To ensure uniformity in publishing the final program and proceedings of the EVS37 event, the sections required for all papers include header/title, summary (with keywords), body and author(s). If explanation of your work does NOT require subsections, charts, graphs, references or acknowledgments, these sections are not required in a full paper. If these sections are key to supporting your work, please format them as explained by the WORD guidelines above.

All submitted full papers should be in 'camera-ready' format. Authors must use the font and sizing as indicated in the guidelines above, the paper must be submitted in PDF format only (No larger than 10 MB). Also, there is no word limit. However, the length of the paper is as follows. Oral presenters (Minimum 4 pages and Not exceed 12 pages) and Poster presenters (Not exceed 12 pages).

For conference organizers to uphold the highest standards of excellence in presentation of academic, market experience and scientific research during the EVS series, we require that authors include, at a minimum, initial results or findings in your full papers. We understand that many research and demonstration projects are ongoing, and results are subject to change. Authors are encouraged to provide clarification that results may be preliminary and subject to change, if applicable. You may indicate changes or updates in the presentation made during the event.

In order for EVS37 organizers to create the most robust and accessible program for attendees, while also taking consideration into the preparation and travel needs of our registered presenters, we will let you know the tentative day, time and category of your presentation at least 30 days in advance of EVS37. These times will be subject to change, but we will work to keep presenters up to date on the latest scheduling requirements.

The EVS37 organizers reserve the right to reject papers that do not adhere to the basic formatting guidelines or do not meet our standards for presentation and publication. However, EVS37 organizers strive to be as inclusive as possible to ensure a robust dialogue and we will make all possible efforts to communicate our questions and concerns with authors to facilitate final submissions.

While we highly suggest taking reviewer comments into consideration, the acceptance of your paper is NOT contingent upon incorporation of reviewer comments. Please bear in mind that reviewer comments are provided to enhance your paper and reflect the diverse experience of our program committee experts.

Your full paper is the document that will be published in the EVS37 online proceedings. This PDF will be made available for attendees and sponsors of the event, as well as customers that purchase EVS37 proceedings after the event. Your presentation should deliver this content in a format suitable for public audiences, as explained below:

-If you were selected to present during a oral session, a PowerPoint template in 16:9 format will be made available in the EVS37 papers platform and on the Presentation Guidelines page of the EVS37 website (Go to Presentation Guidelines). You will have the opportunity to submit your PowerPoint online prior to the meeting, or you may deliver your PowerPoint presentation to the Preview Room at EVS37.
-The digital file for your poster session presentation will also be available for viewing by delegates on multiple platforms throughout the symposium dates and after. Delegates will have the opportunity to communicate with you directly for questions and further discussion. Instructions for upload will be confirmed after the February 15 deadline for full papers. (A template will be made available in January.)

Before you submit your paper online, please confirm that the information in your online profile is correct. You will also be asked to identify five keywords from the list provided. These keywords will be used to help categorize your presentation.
