Under the theme “Electric Waves to Future Mobility,” we invite abstract submissions for
the 37th International Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition, being organized by KSAE on April 23-26, 2024 in the city of Seoul, Korea.

Publish Your Paper in WEVJ Without Any Expenses!

Your abstract will be published in the EVS37 program, and your full paper will be included in the EVS37 conference proceedings.
In addition, selected papers will have the chance to be published in the World Electric Vehicle Journal (WEVJ), as recommended by the EVS37 technical committee.
The publication fee for WEVJ will be covered by the EVS37 organizing committee.
The WEVJ is a recognized scholarly publication released quarterly online by MDPI,
a distinguished publisher of peer-reviewed, open-access journals.

Presentation Format

Accepted authors for both Technical and Dialogue sessions will submit a full paper for publication at equal level in the EVS37 Proceedings.
These papers will be presented in Technical and Dialogue sessions during the symposium.

Technical Session

Dialogue Session
(Poster Presentation)

- In digital format and shown on large screen
- Presentation time will be scheduled after review.

Submission Guidelines

All abstracts must be submitted online.

Abstracts must be written in clear English.

Abstract titles should be brief and reflect the content of the abstract.

The abstract body may be no more than a maximum of 700-1,000 words.

Ensure that your abstract is grammatically correct and free of typographical errors.

Please check the presenting author when you type the author information online.

Each presenting author is allowed to have maximum two presentations (Two poster presentations or one oral and one dialogue presentations).

If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, it means we have no record of your submission.
If you are sure you made a submission, check the e-mail address that you used to make your submission.

The presenting author will be underlined in the program and serve as the contact for further correspondence with authors.

After notice of acceptance has been sent, all presenters are also required to register and pay the registration fee in order to be included in the program and to present on site. Registration and payment of registration fee by presenters of accepted abstracts must be completed no later than January 31, 2024.

Authors of accepted abstracts will be required to submit a full paper by February 15, 2024.

Review and Notification to Authors

All completed abstracts will be reviewed. You will be informed by email of the acceptance or rejection of your abstract by January 15, 2024. Only the person identified as the presenting author and corresponding author will receive notification, which will be sent to the email address provided upon submission.
