Guidelines for Technical Session

1. Submitting the Presentation File

Template Highly recommend to use the provided template for your presentation.
(16:9 aspect ratio, Landscape/Horizonal)

  • *Please bring your files on a USB memory stick.
  • *Please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation.

2. Equipment in the Session Room

  • 1)Computer running Windows (Not Mac)
  • 2)Projector
  • 3)Microphone
  • 4)Podium (Equipped with a monitor, mouse and smart pointer (No Keyboard))
  • *We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.

3. Before your Presentation

  • ·Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
  • ·Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
  • ·You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.

Guidelines for Dialogue Session

Presenters will have 12 minutes Q&A time with attendees. Specific presentation date and time will be arranged and announced.
Also, as participants can view posters and leave comments via Symposium App anytime, please check often to respond to comments on your posters during the symposium.

Q&A Preparation Onsite Q&A time (12 mins) is required.
